Back to france

Hey there ,
On my way back from Brasil , I did a stop to Cap Ferret in Gironde up to Lacanau for doing the french cup. 
I was so jet lag and the waves were really hard ,and solid.. but I get lucky in final and finaly won the event! So no regret to stop there :) 
By the way : Congrat to all the girls they did a good job in really hard condition! 

 Last week was a really busy week , but I had a such good time .

I gave surf lessons to few Autist kids, and its an amazing experience! they have so much love to give! It was really a  huge challenge to teach them how to surf but how good is it to see them smiling and have stars in the eyes when they catch a wave! That's make me so happy to share my passion with them and with the ocean they can escape the handicap for few hours!  It's magic!  And that's remind me why I love so much surfing! "Surf" its really a therapy!

I am still a little bit jet lag , but tomorow (monday) i am back on my training ,surf ,train, swimming ,etc..

NExt goal :

 French Championship in biarritz 23th-october
 6 stars in Haleiwa ,Hawaii 11th-of november

Bon dia!

Contest in Bahia its already done! 

Time go too fast.

So that was a good contest, the waves was really hard , closing-out and back-wash but I understand now ... Why all the Brazilians surf like that..and do a big aerial all sessions! hahaha!

If you want to practice you aerials !  just go there!

Our hotel was front off the contest.. really cool to have a sea view of the spot from my bed! I love it!

Brasil WQS

Hi there!
i am in brasil for doing two contests
1- in Bahia
2- in florianopolis.
For now i doing well , and i am happy to be in round 4 .
Shame i am gonna have a really hard heat today against Coco Ho, but i thinks that's gonna be a good experience for me! she's ripping  so will see .. i  have nothing to loose and a lot to learn!

Reunion Island june 2010

Hi there! June was suppose to be a relax month at home..
But Actually I am kind of confuse about my "home" Where is my real home? Should we call home where we use to leave or where you're heart is? I am feel like I am from everywhere and in a same time from nowhere.. But something I realised this year , When I'm feeling "sick home " ,I think about this little rocks in the middle of the Indian ocean.. Well of course I really Enjoy to be in France and see my friends and family ! But Reunion Island is my favorite place to be in this world!

I like the lifestyle there, the waves, the sunrise,the sunset, the food,my special and lovely friends !
I like to wake up early and to jump in the water with my sleepy head , and get barrel! I love to stay all day in the clear water with the sun burning my face! 

I love to cruse under water between set,and watch my favorite fish " perroquet"cruising between the reef . And when i go out the water in the end of the day,I just enjoy an "apero sunset" with my dodo! And then ...i just have to sleep and start an other magic day! Woohoo! Life its just simple and lovely there.. I like the feeling of freedom to be in the middle of the ocean.. Far away of everything! that's open my mind .. bizarrely! I find my heaven! But shut!!! don't tell anyone.. Just enjoy some photos from my friend( Mathieu Ducros)

news june 2010

Hey Hey!
Long time no see! sorry for that..
May was a busy month.. 2 contests + trip surf with my sponsor oneill in Marocco..
Now I am back home since a week, good to get some rest.
I just hurt my back so i need few days out of the water.. but with my physio (Pitou) we work on it and I am soon gona be back in the water!
so I am going to have  time for update my blog !

Et oui ca fait longtemps que je n ai pas pris le temps de remettre a jour mon blog.. Desole!
le mois de Mai fut intense  entre compets et trip photo avec Oneill .
Me voila maintenant de retour  a la maison..
Depuis quelques jour je suis hors de l'eau du a une douleur de dos..
A l aide  de mon kine ( pitou) on fait tous ce qui faut pour vite re-surfer..et reprendre l entrainement.
C est quelque jours off vont me permettre de mettre a jours mon blog!
donc rester connecte et a tres vite!

First week in Bali

Selamat pagi! ( good morning)

Here we go ! Bali… Sounds like heaven!

Since I am kid … I am not account how many time I heard peoples talk about Bali.. Like Bali is the paradise for surfing , for meet nice peoples with a beautiful soul!  And for be honest After a week here..I am totally agreed!

 I don’t want to be too much.. But really for surfing its really awesome!

We stay in Pecatu right after dreamland! We find the perfect spot, for only 200k per night for two persons with breakfast included!

Its big house kind of a little cattle, with swimming pool, fitness room ,huge bedroom ,etc,  and we are by ourselves!

I mean I forget Yummy ! He’s so nice. He just here for check around if we need something and clean after us.. but he ‘s so kind  .. so we try to be the most tidy as we can! J

This week we surf in 3 differents spot;

Uluwatu ( a lot) , Greenball , and Serangan ( solid 6 ft)

We also visit the Uluwatu temple, saw the cultural Hindu’s dance ,

Visit the Ganasha gallery (art gallery).

And cruise around with our motorbike.. Actually we explore a such good places with it.. Was kind of like our motocross! ;)

What else.. Oh yes I broke my leach in Ulu.. on my first waves yesterday ..With a huge current and lost my board in the cave..With the go pro on it! ( desoler cafrine ..si tu lis ca…hahha! ) Was an expensive session for me.. umm “c la vie”.. like we said in French.. Just shame cause the memory card was full! So I lost a precious images. Anyway.. its all in my mind.. and nothing can change that!

That’s it for now!  Next week I am gonna post our bali’s adventure…
